Glute Rehab (bum muscles!)

Glute strengthening is part of the rehab for almost any injury, including Low Back Pain, hip/knee/ankle injury or surgery, calf/hamstring/quads tear or strain, and can also be use in conjunction with upper limb rehab.

Your glutes power hip extension especially in running, sprinting, jumping, lunge or squatting sports.

These exercises are for mid-end stage rehab, or for general strengthening if you don’t have any injuries!
