Happy 12th Birthday North Down Physio! 🎂
Undoubtedly one of the toughest years in running a physio clinic.
Never underestimate the strength of yourself (I am secretly so proud of myself 😊 and I also cringe at this, as I find it difficult to give self praise 😬)
However, it’s not all about me…. the support of my family, the NDP team, our clients and our service providers…. have enabled us to blow out the candles on another year (we didn’t actually blow them out tho 🤣🌬🦠!)
