Graduating in 2007 from UUJ Catherine has worked in a variety of private clinics around Northern Ireland gaining experience in musculoskeletal, occupational, orthopaedics and sports physiotherapy. Her current focus and love is with our musculoskeletal and sporting populations, being involved with a variety of sporting teams and individuals in football, rugby & athletics.
Catherine is the Senior Physio for the NI Senior Ladies Football team and travels regularly with them for international matches, whilst also consulting with a team of physiotherapists for oversight of U19, U17 and U15 girl’s squads.
Catherine is one of the few accredited Sarah Key practitioners in the UK and has also completed her training in the Stott Pilates method & regularly teaches both classes and 1-1 sessions.
Her real sporting love lies however on the rugby field, and has seen her work alongside local school & club sides as well as within the Ulster rugby development teams. She is currently the lead physiotherapist at Malone RFC and is kept busy trying to keep these men fit and on the playing field.
